Sondra R.
Clark, President/CEO
Ms. Clark was appointed
to the position of President/CEO in July of 1999 when the
African American Fund of New Jersey was called The Black
United Fund of New Jersey.
Having served
as a member of the BUF/NJ State Board of Directors for more
than 12 years, Ms. Clark was not a newcomer to the organization.

In
addition to her responsibilities at AAF/NJ, she
is concurrently President/CEO of BUF/HHS (Health & Human Services)
in Plainfield (1996), and oversees the NJ Federation of Black Charities
(1999).
Ms. Clark came
to the organization with an impressive background. She received
her Bachelors of Arts from Rutgers University and Master of Public
Administration from New York University. Her impressive work history
includes: Director of Human Resources for Mega Sources, Inc., Legislative
Liaison for Acting Governor/Senator Donald T. DiFrancesco and Office
of the Commissioner, NJ Department of Human Resources in Trenton,
and Acting Executive Director and General Manager for NJPBA/New
Jersey Network (NJN).
